Financial Aid
Financial aid can come from five possible sources:
- Parish Supported Financial Aid (PSFA) is provided by the people of diocesan parishes through their Sunday offerings.
- The Diocesan Education Endowment Fund (DEF) is comprised of special endowment funds — such as the St. Gerard Fund — that were created by individuals, businesses and the diocese to provide financial aid for Catholic school students.
- Scholarship Partners Foundation (SPF) is funding from local and in-state businesses participating in the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program.
- Other EITC programs such as the Bridge Educational Foundation and the Bravo Foundation and funds that come to the SPF from other scholarship organizations
- Local financial aid provided by the school
Holy Trinity School raises money for financial aid for students with an Annual Appeal that begins during Catholic Schools Week each year. Additionally, there is a golf tournament in June, and all proceeds are distributed as local tuition aid.
