Does No One See?

 

Does no one see?

Or is it just me?

Don’t you see the leaves as they dance?

Or just dismiss them with a glance?

Take some time to look around,

You’ll be surprised at what you’ve found.

They dance upon God’s very finger tips,

Playing on words from His lips.

They are what makes work, in life worthwhile,

Upon most chaos they send peace in a smile.

As they twist, they laugh and they turn,

Will we ever, ever just learn?

We pass everything by,

Not one appreciative sigh.

Just take some time to watch, some time to see,

Let them carry you off into a deep reverie.

So from today, Always stop to look and be on your way.
